Terms and Conditions of Promotional Offers

 

Option 1

If the Listing Agent procures the Buyer, then no co-operating commission is due, and the total commission paid by the seller is $1.00.

 

Client will sign an exclusive Business Relationship Agreement (Buyer Broker Contract) with Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc., and this offer is only valid when clients Agent is paid a minimum of 2.5% Buyer/Broker commission of the next home purchase.

 

Client's property will be exclusively listed with Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. for a minimum of 6 months. Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc's Listing fee will be $1.00 total if the Listing Agent sells the property.  If any other agent sells the property, the maximum commission that you will ever pay is 2.5% + $1.00.  (Citizens Premier Real Estate's fee will be $1.00 on the listing side of the commission, and the Seller will pay 2.5% commission to any other Selling Agent or Cooperating Broker)

 

If the listing sells before the next purchases, Broker will charge a full 5% total commission, and will hold the full listing side in escrow (2.5% commission) less $1.00 at settlement, and will credit the escrowed 2.5% on the next purchase, as long as the Buyer executes an agreement of sale on another property, Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. will receive the escrow funds as commission, and the terms of this promotion will become null and void.

 

Option 2

 

If the property sells in 181 days or more, the seller will pay a 3% commission to the Buyer/Broker agent, and a nominal $1 charge will be paid to the Listing Agent. Seller will enter into a 1 year listing agreement with Agent/Broker. A 6% Total Commission will be charged to the seller if the property has as acceptable offer and fully executed agreement of sale within 180 days of the listing contract.

 

Option 1 and 2

 

A consumer is not required to enter into any sale, listing or other real estate contract as a condition of their receipt and use of the free, discounted or other services or products included in the promotion or offer.

 

For every house sold by Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc., under this promotion, the Client will authorize Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. (for marketing purposes) to use the saved while maintaining all other privacy. 

 

Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw this offer when it uniformly terminates this promotion.  Under this contract your home will be listed with photos on the Multiple Listing Service and promoted on Realtor.com and the Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. website. A Citizens Premier Real Estate, Inc. sign will be placed on the property (if ordinances permit)
